We carried out a complete transformation of this restaurant, blending the vibrant colors of Mexican culture with a modern design that highlights the essence of the space. We incorporated materials such as metal and wood to create a sophisticated yet warm atmosphere, achieving the perfect balance between tradition and modernity.
Inside, we redesigned the layout to optimize space and improve flow, while integrating strategic lighting that enhances every design detail. These improvements not only revitalized the restaurant’s appearance but also created a more inviting and functional environment, significantly increasing customer traffic and overall success.
JASMINE´S RESTAURANT

The renovation of Jasmine’s Restaurant marked a turning point in its history. After several years without updates, the restaurant underwent a complete transformation of both its interior and exterior design. Modern elements were seamlessly blended with traditional Mexican touches, such as vibrant colors, warm textures, and materials like wood and decorative tiles that reflect the cultural essence of the space.
These changes not only modernized the space but also attracted a new clientele, revitalizing the restaurant’s reputation and significantly increasing customer traffic. Today, Jasmine’s Restaurant is not just a place to enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine but also a visual and cultural experience that captivates its visitors.

The renovation of Taquería Chapala completely transformed its image, giving it a fresh and modern look. The color palette was updated with more vibrant and contrasting tones, highlighting the architectural and decorative details of the space. This strategic use of contrast emphasized key design elements, creating a more dynamic and visually appealing atmosphere.
Additionally, the façade was completely redesigned, giving it a renewed and eye-catching style that invites customers to explore what the restaurant has to offer. These changes not only enhanced the aesthetics of the space but also revitalized its identity and attracted more visitors.
LA ESCONDIDA RESTAURANT

The architectural project of LA ESCONDIDA stands out for its meticulous interior design, which carefully encapsulates the vibrant and authentic essence of Mexican culture. Every detail of the space is thoughtfully planned to create an immersive experience that celebrates the country's cultural richness.
In terms of design, a palette of emblematic colors such as red, green, blue, and yellow has been used, typical of Mexican craftsmanship and represented in murals, textiles, and decorative details throughout the restaurant. These colors not only bring vitality and energy to the environment but also create a warm and inviting atmosphere that invites diners to immerse themselves in Mexican culture from the moment they walk in.
LOS AGAVES TACO BAR

The architectural project of "Los Agave Taco Bar" stands out for its location in a heritage building in the heart of the city. With a focus on blending modern and traditional elements, the restaurant has been designed to offer a unique aesthetic and culinary experience. On the exterior, the building features a facade that combines modern elements with the charm of exposed brick, evoking a sense of history and authenticity. This contrast creates a striking and inviting entrance that welcomes visitors to explore the interior of the establishment.
Inside "Los Agave Taco Bar," the interior design is characterized by its careful integration of contemporary and traditional elements. Exposed brick walls are paired with modern and elegant details, creating an ambiance that reflects Mexico's rich culinary culture with a touch of sophistication.
AQUAMARINE HOUSE
Austín, TX
The architectural project of a multifamily house is distinguished by its modern and functional design, which includes a pool and a jacuzzi that connect the two homes. The two residences, featuring modern overhangs that create a dynamic and contemporary aesthetic, are constructed using a variety of modern materials that provide both durability and style.
At the center of this design, the pool and jacuzzi serve as unifying elements, offering a common space where residents can relax and enjoy the environment. This aquatic space not only serves for leisure but also adds an impressive visual element, with clean lines and elegant finishes that integrate seamlessly with the overall design of the houses. Each of the residences features overhangs that not only contribute to a modern appearance but also provide shade and protection from the elements. These overhangs are precisely designed to maximize energy efficiency and create outdoor living areas that feel connected to the interior.
BIRCH CREEK APARTMENTS
Mountain view, CA
The renovation of ten apartments in the complex called Birch Creek was carried out with a focus on modernization and the creation of comfortable and functional spaces for the residents. Each apartment underwent significant transformation, which included updating several key areas.
In the kitchen, the old countertops were replaced with new quartz ones, which not only provide an elegant and modern look but also offer durability and ease of maintenance. Additionally, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances were installed, enhancing both the functionality and aesthetics of the kitchens. The bathrooms were also completely renovated. New sinks, toilets, and showers were introduced, along with modern ceramic tiles and high-quality fixtures that create a spa-like atmosphere.
TAQUERIA LA HAWAIANA
Austin, TX
The dining area design project for a food truck stands out for its innovative combination of rustic and modern elements, creating a unique space that emulates the essence of charcoal-cooked food. Inside the food truck, a special design on the ceiling evokes the texture and ambiance of a traditional grill.
To achieve this atmosphere, a hand-woven material was used, adding an artisanal and authentic touch to the space. This material not only provides warmth and texture but also pays homage to traditional construction techniques, infusing the dining area with a distinctive and cozy character.
The main objective of the design was to integrate aspects of a Texan ranch style with modern touches. Rustic elements, such as the hand-woven material and the charcoal-cooked food aesthetic, are combined with contemporary LED lighting to create a space that is both welcoming and sophisticated.
This design was intended to be replicated in eight food trucks to ensure that the "La Hawaiana" food truck is recognized as a distinctive brand.
BARNDOMINIUM OASIS
Canyon Lake, TX
The project centered around the renovation of an old barn, reimagining it into a warm and inviting rustic family room. Emphasizing the preservation of original architectural features like sturdy wooden beams and rugged stone walls, the design aimed to retain the barn's historical charm while enhancing its functionality for modern living.
The interior was carefully crafted to provide ample space and comfort, making it an ideal setting for family gatherings and relaxation. Contemporary elements were seamlessly integrated to complement the rustic aesthetic. This included the incorporation of expansive windows and glass doors strategically placed to optimize natural light and airflow, thereby creating a bright and airy atmosphere within.
